| After the introduction, foodstuffs are the same in thickness and finish with single stroke. Working hours are shortened by 30%, the number of parts is reduced and it is easy to clean. Clearly cut eventy with single stroke, I have never used anything like this machine. I am no longer able to use other machines. |

| I used to process with two machines, but done with one machine and reduced the time from two hours to one hour. Leavings have become almost zero. Production cost is reduced drastically. Sales are increasing year by year. I guess I should´ve bought it sooner. |

| We can process twelve Japanese radishes at once now, which means that we could reduce the time needed from four hours by four workers to two hours by two workers. We also reduced the water used from 9 tons to 4.5 tons per day, and the yield increased by 20%. We are very satisfied with this machine. |

| Because the blades of this machine are easier to adjust than the former one, we can cut all the material into thin strips of equal lenght. The time spent processing one lot is reduced from 60 minutes to 45 minutes (i.e. reduction by 25%). Because the materials are not scattered on the floor, the time needed for cleaning is also reduced, which is satisfactory to us. |
